These Terms govern general use of the Attraxion.ai website and public-facing services.

Paid consulting, advisory, implementation, technology, training, or other professional services may be governed by separate agreements, including:

Do not submit sensitive, restricted, confidential, regulated, or personally identifiable information to a public-facing Attraxion.ai AI tool unless the tool or workflow specifically states that such information is permitted.

This includes information such as:

  • Social Security numbers

  • Government identification numbers

  • Payment card information

  • Bank credentials

  • Passwords

  • Protected health information

  • Highly sensitive employee information

  • Biometric information

  • Guest or customer data

  • Confidential third-party information

  • Customer PII information or the sensitive information of your company

Client-specific AI workflows may have separate security, privacy, and data-handling requirements established through a written agreement.
 

7. Acceptable Use
 

You agree not to use the website, content, or digital services to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Introduce malware or harmful code

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Names, logos, product names, service names, designs, slogans, and other branding associated with Attraxion.ai may constitute trademarks or other proprietary identifiers.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Attraxion.ai intellectual property to you.
 

9. Limited Permission to Use Website Content


You may view and use publicly available website content for your own legitimate internal business or personal informational purposes.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • Republish substantial portions of our content

  • Sell or sublicense our materials

  • Create commercial derivative works from proprietary materials

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

  • Present Attraxion.ai materials as your own

  • Use our protected frameworks or training materials to provide competing commercial services

  • Systematically scrape, copy, or compile our website content into another product, dataset, model, service, or knowledge base

Ordinary sharing of links to publicly available Attraxion.ai pages is permitted.

You retain ownership of content you submit to us, subject to any separate client agreement.

By voluntarily submitting information through a general website form, survey, assessment, or feedback function, you grant Attraxion.ai permission to use that information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Cost savings

  • Labor savings

  • Increased attendance

  • Specific operational results

  • AI accuracy

  • Implementation results

  • Financial performance

  • Business outcomes

Examples, case studies, projections, benchmarks, demonstrations, or hypothetical scenarios are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
 

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PUBLIC-FACING CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

ATTRAXION.AI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
 

17. Limitation of Liability
 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTRAXION.AI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PUBLIC-FACING CONTENT.

WITH RESPECT TO GENERAL WEBSITE USE, ATTRAXION.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  1. THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO ATTRAXION.AI FOR THE SPECIFIC WEBSITE-BASED SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS; OR

  2. ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Limitations relating to paid consulting or other professional services may instead be governed by the applicable written client agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.


18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attraxion.ai and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising out of:

  • Your unlawful use of the website

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person's rights

  • Content you submit in violation of law or third-party rights

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Attraxion.ai's own conduct where indemnification is prohibited by law.


19. Privacy

Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.


20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes relating solely to use of the public website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state courts located in Orange County, Florida and, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Nothing in this provision prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where legally appropriate.


21. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.


22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.


23. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.


24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the agreement governing general use of the Attraxion.ai website.

Separate written agreements may govern particular services and supersede these Terms where expressly applicable.
