What it looks like to work with Attraxion.ai, what we actually do, and where AI fits into the operation.
STARTING HERE
What does Attraxion.ai actually do?
We help attraction leadership teams make AI, data and automation part of the way the operation runs. That can mean finding repeat work that should disappear, fixing handoffs and information gaps, building practical AI workflows, setting standards and governance, and helping the team adopt the changes.
Who do you work with?
We are built for leisure and attraction businesses: waterparks, theme parks, museums, zoos, aquariums, tours, family entertainment and the vendors that support them. Most work starts with an owner, GM, executive or functional leader who knows the team could be working differently but does not want another software pitch.
Do we need an AI strategy before we talk?
No. Most teams come to us because they have tools available, people experimenting in different ways, and no shared operating standard yet. The first job is understanding how work actually moves today and where changing it would matter.
Where should we start?
Start with the Attraction Snapshot. It is 18 questions, about 30 minutes, and gives you a baseline read of where your operation stands. There is no cost and no pitch. If there is enough value to keep going, the next step is earned from what the Snapshot surfaces.
HOW IT WORKS
What is the Readiness Assessment?
The Readiness Assessment turns structured interviews across the business into a clear operating picture. You receive your Modern Attraction Index, an Opportunity Matrix, and a ranked plan showing where the strongest opportunities, gaps and next moves are.
What is The Rewire?
The Rewire is an 8–12 week engagement built from what the Assessment uncovered. An AI leader is embedded into the operation to close the highest-value gaps, rework how key work gets done, put the right standards and tools in place, and leave the team able to run the new way of working without us.
Is this consulting, implementation or training?
Usually all three, but only where each is needed. We are not there to hand you a strategy deck and disappear. The work connects the operating problem to the workflow, the tools, the policies, the training and the ownership required for the change to hold.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Most engagements are guided remotely week by week, with on-site days included for many activations. The exact mix depends on the work. Your scope spells out where being in the operation materially improves discovery, rollout, training or go-live.
Can we hire Attraxion.ai for one specific problem?
Yes. The broader Path is designed to prevent teams from solving the wrong thing first, but advisory, executive work and focused engagements can be scoped around a defined operating problem when the need is already clear.
AI, TOOLS, & YOUR TEAM
Do we have to buy new software?
No. We start with the work, not the tool. Sometimes the best answer is getting more from systems you already own. Sometimes a gap really does require a new tool. Either way, the recommendation has to earn its place in the operation.
Are you replacing people with AI?
The goal is to move repeat work, avoidable searching, manual handoffs and low-value administration off the people who should be running the attraction. Human judgment, accountability and guest-facing leadership stay where they belong.
What about privacy, security and guest or employee data?
AI use needs operating rules, not just access to tools. We help teams define what information can be used, where human approval is required, which systems are appropriate for sensitive work, and how staff should handle guest, employee and business data before workflows are scaled.
What if our team is not technical?
That is normal. The work is designed around operators, not engineers. If someone can explain how they do their job today, where they lose time and what decisions they make, we can work from there.
AFTER THE PROJECT
What happens when the engagement ends?
The goal is ownership, not dependence. Workflows, standards and responsibilities are documented and transferred to your team. If you want an ongoing outside operator in the room, Modern Attraction Advisory keeps the relationship active month to month.
What is the Modern Attraction Standard?
It is the operating standard you keep re-reading as the technology, guest expectations and your own team change. Modern is a moving line. The point is not to finish an AI project; it is to build a business that can keep adapting.
